Parent Coaching (PACT & Co-PACT)
PACT and Co-PACT is a coaching service that untangles the many interwoven aspects of parenting. PACT is a coaching service primarily for parents who are working together to get on the same parenting page while also enhancing their relationship with each other.
Co-PACT is for parents who are co-parenting. Being a co-parent myself, I completely understand the complex, multi-faceted nature of this relationship. Despite the many complex aspects of the co-parenting relationship, it is important to maintain the child(ren) at the center without creating destructive or detrimental habits.
PACT and Co-PACT are best when accomplished over a set period of time, with active involvement, and open communication. This investment can be obtained in 3-, 6-, or 9-month sessions but has a lifelong return on happiness.
